This hotel offers fantastic food with a diverse menu and is conveniently located near the old market, the beach, and the Museum of Maya culture.

Place was excellent value, thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Suite with a single bed was ready when we arrived.

The executive triple room I was given was complete with AC, comfortable beds, for instance. The location was good, near the old market and OXO store right down stairs, and the downtown area. Also, Karst Gallery was around the corner.

I had a great stay at this hotel in the heart of downtown Chetumal. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the bustling municipal market and a short walk to the museum and the launch to Belize. It was refreshing to be in a city that wasn't solely focused on catering to tourists. The basic amenities provided, such as complimentary coffee and 24/7 front desk service, were a nice touch. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with the AC working excellently to keep me cool throughout my stay. And the best part? The prices were pocket-friendly, making it a great value for money option.

All in all, everything was just fine, nothing that stands out.

The location was very convenient, it was close to the city center and all the city shuttles could be easily accessed. The market was just a few blocks away and there was a good seafood restaurant nearby. , the hot water was available throughout the day.

The rooms were old-fashioned and looked dirty, the lighting was poor, and the air conditioning did not work well. The bed sheets were not clean and there were some insects in the room.

We had an amazing time staying in the heart of the city! the location couldn't have been better , we were close to many delicious Yucatan, style restaurants, the bus station, and even the waterfront! Plus, being next to the market and museum made it easy to explore the city. the room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom had all the basics we needed. the service was great , the staff were accommodating and friendly!
